DESIGN CONSULTATION
An exciting initial phase of the design process, where we learn about your project in detail by identifying your specific needs and goals regarding functionality and aesthetics, to bring your vision to reality.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
We create space plans, furniture layouts rough concept sketches, preliminary furniture and material finish selections along with mood boards for our clients to visualize the direction we believe to be a potential design solution.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We further develop the schematic ideas. Our clients can expect developed floor plans, elevations and renderings. We refine the color scheme, furniture, fabrics, finishes and equipment selections along with preliminary cost estimates.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Sometimes the little things make all the difference on a project and we take pride in providing our clients with a detailed and organized set of construction documents. Our set includes all the necessary information, specifications, schedules, plans, elevations, sections and details to get the job done right.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
During the construction phase we happily assist in answering RFIs, verifying information and installation on-site as well as creating punch lists to ensure the construction documents have been followed properly.

With over 19 years of design experience, I have worked with my clients to create unique concepts using a broad spectrum of design styles. I feel very connected to transitional and modern looks, but also enjoy being immersed in global inspired and beach chic spaces. As a Floridian, I am inspired everyday by my Caribbean heritage and surroundings of beautiful blue waters, lush greenery, intense storms and warmth which can translate into a welcoming and homey feel in my designs. My passion for creating surface/textile designs, photography and entertaining my parrots; keeps me busy when I am not designing interiors.
